My guests this week were A.T. Ronan, Foundation Director, at Oregon Coast Community College and Chef Garnett Black, Sous Chef of Shilo Inn in Newport. The topic of discussion was the Oyster Cloyster demo that is scheduled for Tuesday, December 13 at 11:00 AM at the Culinary Center in Lincoln City. The cost is $20.00 and includes a copy of the cookbook and a taste of the two dishes that will be demonstrated by Chef Black and myself. If you already have a copy of the book, come anyway for $10.00. This demonstration is in support of the Aquarium Science Program at OCCC. We hope to see you there.
