My guest this morning was Eric Clark owner of Oregon Coast Cutters in South Beach. Eric and his wife, Cindi, run a mobile slaughter service for local farmers who sell their meat products to private clients, as well as provides cutting and wrapping services for local hunters. In addition, Eric carries Carlton Farms pork and beef products in a freezer case for retail sale. They are the only slaughterhouse and meat processing on the coast. Listen as Eric talks about the quality standards he strives for in his work.
