My guest this week was Stu Miller, owner of Pig Feathers in Toledo, Oregon.  Stu is a former state BBQ champion and is now serving his award winning BBQ, sauces and rubs at his restaurant.  We talked about his BBQ style, the variety of his menu, how he got started, what a pit master really is, and how Pig Feathers has been put on the map by a review from Fodor’s.  We also talked about the new brewery Stu has opened with a couple of partners right next door to the restaurant: Twisted Snout.  Can’t you just smell the smoke?
